By accessing or using Claw ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Claw provides an AI-powered business assistant that connects to third-party business tools and enables natural language interactions. The Service is powered by OpenClaw running on Cloudflare infrastructure.
The Service is designed for UK small businesses. You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind your business to these terms.
You agree not to:
The Service connects to third-party platforms (Xero, QuickBooks, Shopify, etc.) via their official APIs. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of data from these services. Your use of integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms.
The AI assistant provides information and performs actions based on your instructions. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses may contain errors. You should verify important business decisions independently. Write operations (creating invoices, etc.) require your explicit confirmation.
We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
To the maximum extent permitted by English law, Claw shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
